There were nearly 60 buffets in Las Vegas casinos before the pandemic. A buffet may not be in our wheelhouse, but this is certainly a great value for very good food. On the plus side, they did have huge peal and eat shrimp which were good, clams and oysters on the half shell which weren't that good and the normal vegetable dishes as well as a big salad bar section and desserts including hand made crepe's and ice cream.
